Code List
| Code | Meaning |
|---|---|
1 | Allowance / Charge Rate (%) |
3 | Penalty Rate (%) |
Watch out
PCD does not say what the percentage applies to; the enclosing ALC segment does. Reading a PCD line on its own will not tell you whether the discount belongs to a line item or to the whole document.
